My neurologist Dr. Neelakantan is in this facility and he's amazing. His staff are wonderful. The lab and x-ray departments provide excellent customer service. The facility is always clean.

Though Sutter Stockton psychiatry does not take patients outside Gould medical referrals, they took my call every single time. Barbara, who spoke to me today was very empathetic and patiently listened. Just talking to someone made me feel a lot better. Thank you!

Wife had a procedure at the gastrointestinal office located at 2545 W. Hammer and I can't say enough good things. Everyone was very nice and informative. She wanted to specifically shout out Mary, her nurse. She said she was so sweet and helpful. Thank you again for your care and professionalism.

I sat for 45 min for my doctor appt and another 45 for bloodwork!! How the hell do they get away with the hypocrisy! A simple gesture of a phone call or letting you know when you check in how long the wait will be is not that hard!! Absolutely insane!

I had an appt with the Radiology Dept. on June 19th, 2025. The appt was on time and I was attended to by a young lady named Shelby. Shelby is the consummate professional, taking the time to explain each and every purpose, and meaning, of the different procedures. She was caring and gentle, extremely knowledgeable, and so very concerned with the patient's welfare. Sutter Health is fortunate to have such an employee...an asset in every way. She is bright, intelligent, and personable...and cares for the patient. Easily the best medical care appt I have ever received. Thanks Shelby and Sutter Health.

I have most of my specialty doctors here. My ENT, Neuro, and Endocrinologist are all good doctors. They'll listen to you and won't waste your time. Had to have an IV Infusion for Osteoporosis. Made me feel comfortable and not at all like in a clinic. Their Surgery Center is very nice. It's on the same ground as the main building, just across from it.

I live in a rural are where the medical care has some issues with appts and poor medical care. This is why I always go to the valley, especially Sutter for care. This clinic is very busy and wait times for lab services are long. But I have had very positive experience with getting an initial appointment; visits with the doctor and his PA. Receptionists always pleasant and no waiting to be addressed. Even the wait time in the waiting room was minimal despite having many patients with appointments. Even the message board on "My Health" portal is answered quickly. So compared to where I live and driving an extra hour for quality care, I have to say that I think Sutter does an exceptional job! My particular medical needs is with the Orthopedic department and I think they are all great!

I have had three surgical procedures and two biopsies in my twenty years of health care. The time between the decision on what treatment was required and the appointment for it was a reasonably short period and communication was good. The care and compassion has been at a level I would hope to receive.

My husband was rushed into Sutter with a possible death warrant, they got him into Triage immediately, started IV's an anything else he needed while not knowing what the actual problem was, didn't miss a beat, and successfully diagnosed the problem and saved the day. The only thing I can tell you is if your loved one is on a CPAC, don't wait for the hospitals to get it set up because they are busy finding the problem, bring in your own and set it up, to keep oxygen going to the brain and avoid delusions
